The Meall Reamhar offers sumptuous two rosette cuisine with the most stunning and breath-taking views imaginable throughout the four seasons of the year.
Recently promoted Head Chef Carlos, leads a multi-cultural kitchen team, each of whom brings their own skills to the table. It is a kitchen that produces 2AA rosette cuisine. Together they add flavour to the melting pot of cuisine for all to choose from. Together they select only the best ingredients from Scotland’s natural larder, much of which is from local suppliers. Together they make magic in our kitchen. Together they make memories for you to take away.
The Meall Reamhar Two Rosette Restaurant is open every evening in the summer (May to September) with restricted opening the rest of the year. It is also the location for breakfast service and our feature menu evenings and events, such as the “Wine and Food Pairing Evening”
After dinner, the only way to finish the day is to find your way to one of our log fires or our “Hogwarts” Library. Half-way up the stairs, you can relax with coffee and your favourite after-dinner digestif. It is only then you will know you have experienced a true “Taste of Scotland.”
