Short breaks in Scotland

New Year breaks in Scotland

PLEASE BOOK YOUR NEW YEAR BREAKS EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Hogmanay

We had the most spectacular White Hogmanay in 2009, and with our views where better to be ?

Tuesday, 28th December 2010

A quiet day to enjoy this beautiful area, to relax and regroup after the pressure of the Christmas Sales, followed by a four course dinner.

Wednesday, 29th

Welcome Reception followed by a four course Dinner.

The Famed Midgies of Scotland, returning, allegedly by popular demand, a kind of folk/raconteur/scottish/traditional stories and song. Gordon assures me that they are also known as "Scotland's answer to the two Ronnies".

Thursday, 30th

A day at leisure, to enjoy this lovely area, to walk or tour, a chance to catch the pre Hogmanay sales. Dinner in the Meall Reamhar Restaurant overlooking Loch Earn skilfully prepared by Chef and Team.

Hogmanay, Thursday 31st

The Traditional Treasure Hunt with a twist - appropriate prize will be given for the most imagination.

Ceilidh Dinner Dance - Tartan Dress Code

Bottle of bubbles to the one 'dressed' with the most humour. A sumptuous five course Dinner. After a short break and a breath of that pure Scottish air, dance the night away with the Balnacraig Ceilidh Dance Band. Haggis and a Dram will be served at the Bells, with our best wishes.

The Day After,

To aid your recovery, and the only way to start any year, The Four Seasons Champagne Brunch, with the best wishes for laughter, good health, and wonderful happenings. After Breakfast is the time to affirm some (any) of your New Year resolutions.

The Furst Quiz
A bit of light amusement set by our resident 'Weegie'....beware!!
