The K9-5K Fun Walk

Join the six-legged fun walk to support Dogs Unite!

Sham and Pagne lead the Support for the Dogs Unite Walk!

Saturday May 20th 2017;

Due to the very positive feedback following the recent K9 fun event from the runners, dogs (bar one) and those on the leads, Sham and Pagne, our resident K9’s at the Four Seasons Hotel in St Fillans, are delighted to host a ‘Walkies’ event in May 2017; this time in aid of the Guide Dogs Unite!  This isn’t your everyday walk though, its your chance to sniff out more trees, have great fun and find more reasons to slobber! For those who wish to participate, we encourage you to register your four legged furry friends. If you don’t have a dog – rent a friend for charity!

By taking part in this event, you will be one of the many walking and sniffing to raise awareness and funds for the Guide Dogs across the UK.

The Dogs Unite Guide Dogs event promises to be a fantastic day for all the family and their pets, who can even get dressed up in their own superhero cape? Join in the excitement and walk with you dog to show support for a charity that provides help for those in the UK who are visually impaired.

The Four Seasons Hotel has a huge place in its heart for dogs; they are treated like royalty when they come to visit. The hotel’s Pet Concierge service (pre book please ) can offer a full grooming service, dog walker/pet sitter, personalized pet listening service, a delicious canine menu and a Pet Butler!

Andrew Low, owner of The Four Seasons, is thrilled to be raising money for Guide Dogs, “This is something fun to do with our favored companions, in a wonderful setting and for a great cause!”

The fun walk is five kilometers long and reasonably flat – perfect for beginners and the more senior K9s! The route will begin at The Four Seasons Hotel and take walkers along the old railway line, with views of the beautiful Loch Earn, before returning back to the hotel for K9 refreshments, we might even find a treat for those on the leads if they have behaved impeccably during the day.

There are many ways to get involved in raising awareness and supporting Guide Dogs and the charity are forever appreciative of the involvement of businesses like The Four Seasons.
