Lochearnhead Highland Games

The Balquidder, Lochearnhead and Strathyre Highland Games, held every year in July, lets visitors experience all the thrills of traditional highland games.

The games are just a quick drive away from the Four Seasons hotel, on the other side of the beautiful loch.

The final list of events is confirmed closer to the event weekend, but attendants can expect local and open competitions in heavy events, such as weight throwing and caber tossing. There are also various track and field activities, such as the 100 yards race and the high jump. These are complimented by piping, pipe bands and highland dancing competitions, making for a rewarding and fun-filled event adults and children.
