World Whisky Day – 18 May

World Whisky Day on the 18th May, welcomes Colin Scott, Master Blender at Chivas Regal to The Four Seasons Hotel for an evening of sampling fine food and whisky.

Colin has spent a lifetime dedicating himself to the craft of whisky blending and moved into the role of Master Blender at Chivas Regal in 1989. Since then he has “been the nose” behind the launch of the Chivas “18” and “25” amongst his many other roles and responsibilities.

This evening, our new Head Chef, Chris Temple, has created a Chivas Regal Whisky Evening menu around the Chivas range but without a drop of whisky in sight. Colin will be sharing the depth of his knowledge and highlighting how whisky, like wine, can add and enrich each and every dish.

Settling down to dinner in the Meall Reamhar at 7.15pm, we look forward to welcoming you to what will be an informative, light hearted and delicious evening of food and whisky, no matter what your knowledge of whisky may be!
