With Glamis, Stirling and Edinburgh Castles having their fair share of ghost stories, there is always Culloden Moor (16th April 1746 – Bonnie Prince Charlie’s rebel army were slaughtered on the moor) or Mary Kings Close (500 poor souls were buried alive during the plague in the 1700s) or Neish Island where the clan was massacred in the early 1400’s and indeed our own library!
